Jad Al Skaff is a Partner at Al Naqbi & Partners, he specializes in General Corporate law and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Jad has over 15 years’ experience in domestic and cross-border transactions across the Middle East and Africa, and has earned a reputation for practical and innovative solutions. Jad has been involved in handling complex M&A cross-border transactions and restructurings, and built considerable experience advising clients in the GCC and Africa. Jad advises several regional and multinational companies on their day-to-day activities and strategic investments. His work encompasses assisting clients on all legal aspects related to their business as well on the transactional work required thereby, including carrying out due diligences, regulatory and compliance assessments, negotiating and drafting documentation such as share/asset purchase agreements and shareholders agreements.

Jad is also the founder of Nasrallah, Skaff & Partners (NSP Legal), a Lebanese law firm. Before founding NSP Legal, Jad practiced in leading Lebanese law firms and headed the mergers and acquisitions department for several years in one of them. He was also in charge of the legal department of several multinational companies in the fields of distribution, contracting and real estate development. Jad brings to his clients his extensive professional network in the Middle East, GCC and Africa.
